The Selling Process

  • Step 2: Decide to Sell

    Once you decide to market your property MPS will arrange for a professional property photographer to capture the best shots & display your house's best features to make it really stand out

  • Step 3: Certificates & Legal Requirements

    Once you decide to market your property MPS can arrange any certificates or other legal requirements to be made if required

  • Step 4: Market Prep

    Get a Flag Board! Then after the property has been staged and had photos taken MPS will create a full colour brochure for your property. 

  • Step 5: Straight to Market

    Once all required steps have been taken, we will waste no time & list your property for sale on the following portals: PropertyPal, MPS email subscriber list, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree & 4 different social media pages

At MPS we believe selling is the easy part. A house will sell itself, especially in today's market & is why we offer such a low fee.

Your property will be sent to MPS' email subscribers & listed on PropertyPal along with nationwide platforms like Facebook Marketplace & Gumtree. If that wasn't enough your house will also be displayed on MPS' social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.

Extra advertising is available although you may not need it.

MPS has formed many great relationships with property professionals in Northern Ireland i.e. mortgage brokers who invest in property, solicitors who specialise in conveyancing, local tradesmen, estate/letting agents, storage companies & a whole lot more.

This will ensure you get the best service & advice available before, during & after using MPS' services.

The Onboarding Process

When buying or investing using your own personal agent, both processes are identical apart from the criteria & presentation which are also pretty similar.

  • Step 1: Consultation

    Call us today to book a FREE 30 minute no obligation consultation over the phone or in person to discuss your needs & narrow down your criteria

  • Step 2: Sourcing Agreement

    Quick & Simple. Sign a sourcing agreement that's been sent to your inbox or handed over in person

  • Step 3: Financial & Legal Verification

    To prove your identity & to qualify you we will require:

    • Photo ID (Passport/Licence) 
    • Proof of address (Bank Statement/Utility Bill dated in last 3 months) 
    • Proof of funds (screenshot or printed out version of the required funds to match your criteria) 
    • Solicitor details (if you don't have one or need a better one, we can put you in touch with specialists)
  • Step 4: Choose Your Package

    Select either Bronze Silver or Gold

  • Step 5: Terms & Conditions

    Everyone's favourite part! You will be sent Ts&Cs to your inbox relating to your specific pack & criteria for you to sign

  • Step 6: Receive & Pay Invoice

    Final step of the onboarding process. An invoice from MPS will be sent to your email where you can find details on how to pay

The Property Sourcing Process

After the onboarding process is completed MPS can start sourcing potential opportunities.


  • An investment property will be sent to those on the Gold Pack then the Silver Pack the next day & Bronze Pack the following day.
  • For residential buyers the property will be bespoke to your criteria and only sent to your email. You will also receive the investment opportunities email as you will have purchased one of the packs.


When you decide to move forward & give the thumbs up MPS will then start negotiating on your behalf within the price range that would have been discussed prior.

Accepted Offer

When an offer is accepted you & your solicitor will be informed & the conveyancing process can start to take place.

If you've been through this process before then you know it can sometimes take a minute. This is why MPS follows up with all the parties involved to help speed up the process.


In the case that a final figure can't be agreed on, we simply move on to the next opportunity.
