  • How long does the onboarding process take?

    It varies between different people. It could be completed in 30 minutes however there is no rush or pressure to do it in that timeframe. We'd rather you take longer to make sure it's the right decision for you

  • If I sell my house with MPS, will they find me a new house?

    Yes! That is what MPS does. Pick a location in Northern Ireland & we will find a suitable house that matches your criteria.

  • Can I book a FREE valuation online?

    Yes, you can book a FREE valuation at the bottom of any page on our website. Once you submit your request, we will call you to confirm or reschedule. 

  • How much does it costs to hire a personal agent?

    It costs £3000 in total. You can choose to pay £250, £500 or £1000 up front & receive different benefits.

  • Do you source other types of proeprties?

    MPS does not promote or source other strategies at this moment in time although there is possibility that something could present itself. So if you are on the list for a residential or BTL you could well end up with something else

  • What can I do to prepare my house for selling?

    A simple & effective way to prep your house would be to make sure there is no clutter laying around & there is maximum floor space available. Also make sure there is light coming into the property. 

  • When can I get in touch?

    Anytime! Official hours are 9am -9pm 7 days a week.

  • Are you open on weekends?

    Yes. We offer a flexible 24/7 service

  • Why is BTL the way forward?

    BTLs are generally low risk & low maintenance. Not only does it generate monthly cashflow but over the years you will benefit from capital appreciation

  • How & when do I pay my sourcing fee?

    You will pay an initial refundable deposit during the onboarding process with a bank transfer of £250/£500/£1000 depending on which pack you have chosen. Upon completion of a purchase you will send the remaining amount also by bank transfer

  • Should I wait until the market crashes to invest in property?

    You should definetely invest when the market crashes but I wouldn't wait for it.. You don't know how long you'll be waiting for. Buy property & wait. Not wait & buy property

  • Does MPS deal with rentals?

    Not at this current time but we do work with letting agents that can be recommended
